Alvarez Model #5040 Can Anyone Appraise

I have a Model #5040 Alvarez Guitar w/ Hard Shell Case. It says Homemade inside the guitar and has a #805273 -last # I cannot read very well. I assume this is the serial # it is stamped directly onto the guitar. Also...how you tell the difference between a regular ALvarez and a Yari?
