About Daisy Rock Electric Guitars:
Creator Tish Ciravolo first came up with the idea of a guitar more suited to female musicians when she started playing bass.

"When I first started playing bass as a teenager, the instrument felt like a bat in my female-sized hands," she says. "At times, I wanted to quit because I felt like maybe the instrument just wasn't for me, or that I wasn't good enough to play it. I've encountered so many female musicians who have experienced the same set of feelings and I truly believe this is why we have a lack of female guitar-playing musicians in popular music."

Tish freely admits being a mother of two girls has driven her to come up with a guitar design that suits girls. Being lighter, smaller and decorated in an attractive style helps the guitar become a more friendlier instrument to pick up and play.

"As the mother of two girls part of my motive for creating the Daisy Rock is selfish," Tish continues. "I want to be able to provide them with opportunities that I didn't have. If they want to pursue music, I want them to feel comfortable and capable."
