Like the sounds of Joe Satriani, Def Leppard, TJ Gardner has been the running made of several bands in the past such as Cryogenic Warfare, Dreamscape, Machines of agony, Stomp Faction, and currently M3, and Thorezeen, along with his solo music. Tommy J. Gardner was born December 30th 1974 in Winchester Virginia U.S.A , Developing the love of music at an early age. TJG got his first drum set at the age of four, and banging the hell out of them, he decided that he wanted to learn every instrument possible. He started taking piano lessons at the age of fourteen, and picked up a guitar around the same age. In the late 80's he started playing in bands in his hometown, writing & recording his own material. In 1993 he started his first album project entitled livefire, although the whole project was scrapped due to poor sound quality in the equipment, your most common issues as an artist starting out on your own. Then in early 2003 he started on a new album project entitled crush. TJ Gardner has recently joined up with the M3 project (Mixposure 3) on mixposure, and they have been putting out back to back hits on mixposure's top 100. Up to date TJ Gardner has released 15 demos for the album crush, each on has made the top 5, in the top 100 at mixposure.com. In July of 2006 Crush was released and made available over the world wide web. TJG was limited to time so promoting crush was limited as well. Only performing 14 shows In 2007 TJG and the rest of the band decided to take a small break away from everything, and working on other side projects as well. TJ Gardner has joined forces with an other local musicians Lou Stone from Dreamscape, and Alex Steel to form the band Thorezeen. They have been writing material for the first self entitled CD. At the same time TJG has been working on material for his next CD entitled Out of this world. So keep checking back for more updates. |
