Wrath of Earth

Since the foundation in march 2005 „wrath of earth“ stands for hard music and terrific beats. This franconian four man group consists of David Eichenberg (Vocals), Christian Puzik (Guitars), Jens Backert (Bass) and Lutz Bergmann (Drums).

“Wrath of earth” features a resounding mix of devastating riffs and lyrics of social criticism. The main influences are hardcore beats paired with a black-metal voice. The project was started to fuse the different influences of all four musicians.
An interesting fact, as all of them came out of different music-scenes. The basic idea came up from Jens, who preferred some hardcore-styled music, to morph into different influences. But Lutz was more into the death-metal thing. Another stylistic sway came from Chris, the guitarist, who initially preferred some rock-like riffs. Finally there came David with his weird prehistory in hip-hop freestyle and black-metal. In a huge effort they tried, and succeded in merging these diverging interests.
