You won't find any info on this serial number system,and the usual websites are invariably wrong on what they tell you about the import and USA stuff anyway.
The bass you own is a JE series bass,JE standing for Japan Edition,it wasn't supposed to leave Japan,it's probably recent,but without the model #,I couldn't give you a clue about value,sorry
