i have been given a jedson 3/4 bass it is cream looks like a
telecaster i have no idea of its value but would like to know.

I have just bought a Jedson 3/4 size bass in sunburst off ebay - they were built by Teiso in Japan and were marketed in Britain in woolworths under teh Jedson brand. the Jedson being J.E.Dallas and son, later went on to be known as Dallas Arbiter.
i have just got a jedson 6 string, i have the same problem, i dont now much about it.its light, plays well,sounds well and only cost £50.00. not bad for a vintage gutar............

it's an electric. it says J and G on the top part of the neck and says made in italy on the back top of the neck. there are no serial numbers. i have a picture if anyone can help me. thank you

I have a red Watkins that I know nothing about. It's a Gibson SG copy and I bought it in 1981 for £48. On the headstock it used to have Watkins written like joined-up handwriting but that fell off and I think I've lost it. Not sure what the serial number is cos I've only just discovered this website and don't have the guitar with me.
The action is not brilliant and the machineheads are knackered but I like it. If anyone has more info I'd love to hear it.

My favorite guitar player, Bob Hartman of Petra (from 1972-1997) used that guitar during the Beat the System Tour 1984-85. Now it is hanging in the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando, Florida. Well, that's the only player I've known to use it. But to find the geeetar, go to www.google.com and search for g707 synth and there are quite a few people who are selling it.

There is no mention of Watkins on this under construction site but somehow that neck picture is there! I even extracted all the source code and no underlying code mentioning Watkins at all! Hmmm this is spooky!

ihave the same bass white two pick up and i have flatwound strings i have had mine for at least 20+years.I also haave had no responce about mine.

Sounds very much like a Rapier 44 made in the sixties and early seventies.
