BOOK UPDATE...July 30, 2006. The new book is coming along incredibly well. I have so much content it's mindblowing. My most recent "I cannot believe this" moment is I now have in my posession the most in-depth and revealing interview ever conducted with the great Vincent Bell. Amazing stuff, from a truly wonderful man. I cannot tell you how proud I am to have such an important figure in the music business participate in this book. I had scheduled an interview for the book with Vinnie, to be conducted by Paul Bechtoldt, but he failed to follow up and get it done. This time, it's not only done, it's incredible. Also I put together the most complete and up to date vintage Danelectro value guide ever compiled and also the most complete dating and ID guide. The vintage catalog section is GIGANTIC and includes some very rare Danelectro, Coral, & Silvertone catalogs dating from 1956-1970 including some rare 1958 NAMM flyers/posters!
