Good question. As a fellow lefty, I looked for a while. My experience is about all you're likely to find is a 56-U2 reissue. I couldn't find a new one (discontinued) but just watch eBay. I picked up a Surf Green one that is in good shape. They're not on there all the time, but probably one or more a week. When I bid on this one, there was a red one and a bright yellow one listed also. You'll probably have to drop about 3 bills to get one these days. Good luck!
