Given a phone number ... no "set up apponitment" .. called twice, both times Mr. Bell was "busy" and declined comment.
For someone who signed a legal document (1996) stating he was "NOT Responsible" content in Neptune, Tulloch seems to take a great amount of credit. Can't have it both ways!
