I also have an acoustic Des Lauriers. It was made in Taiwan and the model no. is D-904F. I haven't had much luck finding information about it either.

Des Lauriers
Des lauriers was only in buisness for ten years and were originally in Japan but moved to Korea and eventually Taiwan so some models may be from different places.
