An amp to match my guitar (but read on)

I have recently purchased a Les Paul Classic Gibson and I am just a home muso who would like a small amp to enjoy his own playing without waking or annoying the neighbourhood.

HELP

I have a headphone amp to help me practise but I will eventually want to hear it through a better system than that. I would appreciate any assistance that you guys could offer.
