I received my guitar, but I was overcharged. I called the number I ordered it through (1-800-583-5178) and they referred me to customer service at 1-800-248-3002. I called during the day and got no answer. I called after hours and received the "Closed" recording from Ingenious Designs, Edgewood, NY. I hope we can all get this straightened out.

I ordered the 20.pc Esteban Granada Cutaway Classical Guitar set for $261.56 from HSN. I also ordered one on June 4/05 and one on 8/24/05. The one I just received on 8/24 has the 2 Instructional books and my first same set had no books. HSN told me the books should have been box with the Guitar. They also told me to contact you sense it has been over 30 days. Both orders have the same item number (526-143). HSN told me to contact you to see if I can get the books from you because they don't have just parts to the set.

I ordered the American Legacy Guitar 11/25/04 and did it by check by phone and the order has not been processed and the customer service at 1-800-248-3002 is not answering the phone (for the past 7 weekdays) nor have they answered an email request for information that I have sent three (3) times in the past weekdays. what can I do and am I to expect to get action or do I have to block electronic transactions from the Ingenuous Designs or Idea-direct.

i found the site i have purchased a guitar
it came on time . but it was recivied with a broken neck. i went to but it back in the case to send it back and the zipper broke. now i am trying
