I have one of these in sunburst, says number S0950 of S2500, the S could mean sunbusrt so it's rare but they might have made 10 or more colours so not that rare. I cannot see a serial number but I have not taken the neck off or looked inside. Mine has 22 frets, pearloid scratchplate and two separate string trees. Case is shaped with a red Fender inset label. I am thinking of selling it and trying to find out what to ask for it - it is totally mark free.
