Hi I also have a d’agastino guitar that I bought in 1990 at a store in montclair New Jersey called Rocktech, I would bring it there for regular tune ups and just to fool around with the staff. A man asked me If I liked my guitar, I gave him my my comments and he introduced himself as (I think)Steve D’agastino. I think he was in business with a brother at that time and they did most of the sales themselves. In 1999 i was in a music store in Red Bank New Jersey looking for a minor part for my d’agastino and a rep. from another guitar company intoduced himself as steve D’agastino, and he gave me a brief story about why the company was nolonger in business, and told me to hang on to it that it will be worth some money someday. I hope this helps you and if you call Rockteck ask for Richie, I am sure that he can help you out.

It’s an acoustic-electric Model D-69 E. My second acoustic after my starter guitar. Bought it at Garwood music in Garwood, NJ around 1981 – 1982. Lasted me this long around the world – still plays great.

        Hi All !
I just got an old D Agastino Guitar. Looks just like my old and (long ago sold) Les Paul Custom.
It plays beautifuly. it has no markings or date stamps of any kind even under the elecronics covers, and the humbuckers seem much older. It feels Older than my old les paul (1975) anyway. Any info on when these were made would be wounderfull also its value ?
        Thanks Bob

I have a rare 1970’s copy of a Rickenbacker made by El Degas (Korea) excellent shape, 3 humbuckers. Any idea where I can get a case? Seems there are lots of Fender or Gibsons but this is the only ‘Ricky’ that I’ve seen.

I have an electric guitar, the name of it is a Heit Deluxe,an inverted "V" design , it is from the late 60’s i believe. Leave a message if anyone knows about this type of guitar. Thanks.

      John Peters

Your guitar is called a Flying-V guitar. They were not really that great in the olden days mostly ’cause they were used by "Kiss" plus, they don’t fit on your leg like a normal acoustic or electric. As for the price of your guitar i have no idea, but i’ve been lookin for them. They are a nice guitar for a colection.

I have a Cordova classical guitar that I bought in the mid-1960s, Model WS-080. It’s in storage in another city so I can’t get to it to see what kind of tuners it’s got. I’d be interested in any information that turns up about the history, maker, value, etc. Thanks.

I have a WC022 model that I purchased in Memphis, TN in 1964. This guitar was made in West Germany and I paid $325.00 for it. I still play it and love its tone. I have no idea what it might be worth today.

  5. Ibanes Iceman bass ICB300 BK

Is there anybody who got one for sale,
new or used dosent matter as long as it’s if the neck is strait
    and without drilling holes.

: Is there anybody who got one for sale,

        : and without drilling holes.

I have an Iceman ICB300 that I would consider selling. Neck is straight and plays great. However there are some holes on the backside of the bass that the previous owner put trying to re-locate the strap buttons. Also, the tone pot is busted. There is a hardshell case, but not an Ibanez hardshell case. Lastly, there is a D-Lock tuning head. It works fine, but the previous owner didn’t have the original tuning head. There are no noticable nicks or gouges, some normal wear, but otherwise in great shape.

Let me know if you are interested and if the price is right, I might sell.

Yeah and that got beaten by some strat last year at an auction in Doha, Qatar on November 16th, 2005. The Strat was signed by several rock musicians to benefit a tsunami charity, ‘Reach out to Asia’. It was bought by Qatar’s royal family for a million dollars and donated back to the Asia Program, bringing in $2.7 million USD at the more recent auction, whose attendees included Former President Bill Clinton. Technically, the guitar has generated a total of $3.7 million USD, making it the most expensive guitar yet.
