I have a jullian manufactured by kurosawa 1974 guitar model 200 and i can not find out much about it can anyone help, maybe value and anything else that could be use full thank you in advance
I have recently started playing guitar and my dad owned this Conn Acoustic it has no serial number or model name. It was made in possibly the late 60s or the early 70s. What I was wondering if it was a well made guitar and how would I be able to find out the model and serial number?

I’m 50 YO and at age 16 while laying in a hospitle after knee surgery my father brought me a Conn 12 string guitar, I loved it, but as a stupid youth I partied too much and Lost the guitar somehow.
30 years later I got a call from my brother in california and said he found the guitar in the trunk of an old car on my parents property that was being sold after my fathers death. the neck had pulled away from the body and it was in awful shape but I had him ship it to me and found a guitar master to work on it.
Now the guitar back in the 70s was probly only about $200.00 or so I don’t know but it cost me $600.00 and change to bring it back to mint….WOW was it worth it, because of the fine materials that were used back in the 70s this man was able to rebuild it for me to new specs. The tone, sustain and playability of this guitar is like none other and I’ve played the best of the best. If in fact you have found an older Conn 12 string, charish it, it will bring you a life time of pleasure……J.G.M.
We have this guitar/The name is Conn serial # 1174452, model # C-11.Any information you could find on this I would greatly appreciate. I need to know where to look,or what to look for.
My Conn F18 Acoustic steel looks like the modern day Aria AF in appearance and construction. Other product lines of theirs are quite expensive. Good luck.

Conn Guitar
I have an old Conn guitar that I bought in the 70’s. It has a silver colored thin metal label inside with an engraved design and then written in pen Model "F-10" and Ser. No. "73040967". It was made in Japan and there are Japanese letters in black marker on either side of the label…maybe someone signed it. It’s a small guitar with good action and sound, if a little on the quiet side. I can’t see inside it past the braces around the soundhole to figure out if the top is laminate or spruce but I think it may be spruce. Does anyone know what it may be worth? Or anything about these guitars?

I have a conn c-11 guitar sn# 11780037 made in Illinios. I am looking to sell it so purchase one for my son that is more his size. Can anyone tell me approximately how much it is worth. It is in excellent condition.
Conns, while a great-sounding instrument, often sell at only $50-$150, depending on their quality. I most often see them listed at $75-$100.

I inherited this guitar when my father passed on. The pawn slip that’s still rattling around inside says he bought it in feb of ’73. Can anyone out there tell me anything about this guitar? When it was made? Value? Serial # 71112420
I have no intentions of selling it, but I am rather curious about it.
Hi…Jerry it appears your guitar is from 1971 and Denise yours is from 1972. Japan used the 1st 2 digits of the serial (generally) to determine year of mfr. The value in my opinion is $200…depending on condition. I own a ’72 model myself and really like it. They are nice for the money and look and sound schweeet…

I’ve never done this before so no telling what you’ll receive. I too own aconn f-10 serial # 72112283. All I know is it was made in Japan and I purchased mine in the early 70’s, between 1970 and 1975 I’m also looking for an estimated value.

I’m 76 years old, but I don’t think of me being old. I play in a band regular as lead guitar> I have several guitars-my oldest is a Gibson ES175 and my newest is a Tayler T5 which is a wonderful guitar. Those two are my favorites
I bought a Conn F27 SN#(5 or S)-777-1112 in 1978. I wanted to know if anyone knows what woods were used in its construction. It has the 3 piece back. When I bought it I compared it to some $700-1000 guitars and prefered its sound. It has maintained its tone and has only improved with age.
The Back and Sides are ROSEWOOD and the top is SPRUCE. The fret board is ebony (not ebonized "colored")

I have An f-35 SS#(?)11053 That I bought about 5years ago,and I,m hoping someone could help Me date it.It has a nicely grained rosewood sides and 2 piece back seperated by Ivory? and abalone strip, abalone And Ivory purfling spruce top,and abalone Or mother of pearl inlay(vines)on fretboard, and headstock.no tarnish on the tuners,so I believe they may be gold plated. It is Fine enough that I believe it may have been a presentation piece, but cannot find any info on it.Oh,and it keeps tune and sounds beautifull.I would consider selling it as I can no longer play as result of injury but I still like to lok at it and strum.thanks for any info.
I am priviledged to own one of these fine instruments. My wife presented it to me as a wedding present in 1978. Through the years, the sound has done nothing but improve. I play it often, as it is the favorite in my collection.
Sorry, but I cannot help you with the actual monetary value-to me, this instrument is priceless. I’ve seen several pictures of Conn instruments which have inlays, but have never seen a picture of this particular model / inlay configuration. I too think it may have been a limited-run presentation model.
Please advise if more complete information becomes available.

I have this same guitar. It’s the best guitar I ever had and I wouldn’t trade or sell it for anything.
It has been difficult finding information about it. I did find out a little.
It was made by the C.G. Conn Company who is well know for there brass instruments. They had a Guitar divison in the 70’s which they moved from the mid west to Japan and closed down not long after.
This is a "C" Series which was made in 1978. That’s all I have found out so far.
I would like to know how many were made and what it is worth. Hold on to it if you can. I think this one is worth something good.
I bought an Unknown gtr off of Ebay recently’ When it arrived discovered it to be a “Conn F-35” It has Herring bone made of Wood Inlays around edges and soundhole’ Fretboard had semingly Mother of pearl Diamond croos inlays’ has Solid Spruce Top. “C” at headstock does Not have the rossette floral arrangemnet around it’ hence Just a C on Headstock. has a 1 piece maple Neck Rosewood fretboard. Rose wood back perhaps as well. From Info I found Conn attempted a High end acoustic with these gtrs. I suspect Mine could be limited Model or an Employee’s personal Guitar build? If you’ve any Info? Love to hear it. I value this Guiatr at $350 easily. has Great Tone! I can send Pics if you request? [email protected] You never Know what you’ll find on Ebay’ this was under No name Guitar.
Hello! I was given this guitar by my grandfather who bought back then. Yes, there’s not much info I’ve been able to find but 1978 is definitely the year. Last year a vintage guitar show came through town and offered to let people bring in the their instruments for estimates. The guys dug and dug and couldn’t find any solid info. Finally, one of them called “his guy” who only told me that “it’s maybe worth $100 and the only reason to hang onto it is for nostalgic reasons.” Hahaha….
The nostalgia is there and I really like the way it sounds, solid instruments, easy on the eyes… there’s no way I’d let it get away for $100!! Plus, I’m with you guys, I have to think it’s worth something more than that. The abalone inlay alone is worth more than that! If any more info surfaces, you know I’d love to hear about it. I’ll hang on to this one for a long time.
I played a Hardison guitar about a year ago. It looked like a Fender Stratocaster, but the pick-ups were different, but it sure was a fine guitar. Does anyone know where I may purchase one of these? The one I played was a red color. Does anyone know who makes this guitar?

I built 3 Hardison guitars from no name Fender style guitars, and installed Seymore Duncan pick-ups in all three with regular Fender switches and tone controls. I named them Hardison as it is my name, and have sold 2 of them. I still have the 3rd one that I play daily as practice. It is exactly the same as a Fender sound. I will sell it also, if anyone asks me, as I can build another one. I hope this answers your question, and thank you for your compliments. Bob

I recently had a CONN C-11 #11740333 Guitar donated to my Music Therapy program. I need to know what kind of strings to put on it. It has 3 nylon and reminants of 3 steel. The guitar is cosmetically and physically in perfect shape. The person donating it did so, to allow a "special" client of mine to have it to "play around with". Is this a guitar I should maybe take better care of, or let it become a mere toy? Your responses will be appreciated. (Also, what would be the potential value of it? The donater would like to have a tax-donation receipt made.) Thanks for your input!

My brother has a 1959 Guild T100DP,serial #10305. He also has a 1954 guild masteramp, plus the microphone and stand to go with it. These guitars seem few and far between. It is in exquisite condition. He played it in a rock and roll band in the early 60’s. He’s looking to sell it all, any idea of its value?

This seems to be a well-made guitar with a spruce top, I believe, maple sides and back with the nice verticle veined maple on the slightly bowed back that’s been "booked." Inside the box appears to have slight horizontal "ripples" not fully sanded flat (first time I’ve ever seen this on a guitar) indicating the back was machine-carved (routed?) – doesn’t seem to be a laminate. The only number I can find is 467.31 on the inside. Thanks. – Rob
Hi,
I have been reading the posts on the Conn guitars. I too have a Conn steel string. It appears very similar to the one you have described. Spruce top, maple sides and back. Mine has a rosewood fingerboard and I am not sure, maybe mahogany neck. The construction is fairly good, however the neck is bowed and slightly cracked at the base were it joins the body. The inside gluing is sloppy. There is rectangular inlay on the fingerboard also. Like I said, the guitar’s construction isn’t that good. The quality of the material seems to be very good however. All solid wood of clear guality. The back is beautiful flamed and booked matched maple. The sides also have some flaming. The tone and resonance is unbelievavle. Now that I have given you the rundown I will tell you my problem. There are no serial numbers on her at all. Nuttin at all. So,in an effort to find out some history on her I thought I’d post. Anything anyone might have would be appreciated. Buy the way, she was given to me by a friend who got her at a garage sale in Cal. I think he paid $20 bucks! What a find!

Is there a model number? Should be on the plate you got the serial number from, and generally to the right of the serial number, and should either begin with an F or a C, ie, F-27, C-11, etc.
sorry no such guitar exsists 1960 was the year of the last LES PAUL guitar/ and Gibson parted ways from 61-68 they were SG new body shape as today, they brought back the LES PAUL Model we are familiar with single cutaway as today, in 1969, that was the Gold Top – and since ’69 ALL LES PAULS are reissues, although made in what ever year they are still reissues Thanks I hope this helps -Z-
: I recently inherited a 1965 Gibson Les Paul eletric guitar. The serial number is 302863. I was wondering if anyone could give me an approximate value on it. There is a note in the case that stated "This is a special edition commemorative model in memory of a 1955 Les Paul Special. There were only three hundred made". Any help would be appreciated.
: Thanks
James the guitar is a heap of shit you should just send it to me and ill take it off your hands and it will only cost you €3000 to give the guitar to me. i will be expecting it juring the week
Thanks for the useless info you two, right on then, here we go..

James;
I too have a guitar with the serial number quite close to yours that I’d love to know more about. Seeing as this was posted in 2004 I am hoping you found a more useful outlet of knowledge since then.
Can’t wait to see the comedic relief this post should turn up!!!

With all of the inquiries into CONN guitars, you would think there would be more info available online…but NOOOO…I myself have a CONN s/n 39761098 Model T19 (?) but cannot find any info on it. Also, from what I understood, the first two digits of the S/N were the year, but that’s not possible with this one…since the factory was moved to Japan in ’69 and this one says; "C.G.CONN LTD., OAKBROOK, ILLINOIS – Made in Japan" its not likely this was made in ’39. ’76 maybe, but not ’39. Anyway, I shall climb into the same boat that every other CONN owner appears to be in…
Any info is GREATLY APPRECIATED!
I too have a Conn guitar 72040924 model c-10. It has very good depth. Ive been told that the top is Cedar. I guess based on the last review that the year is ’72???
Looks like I am in the same boat…..I think I will create my own http://www.connguitar.com. Well it is not a bad idea if someonelse out there would like to do it. My model F-15, serial 457411957 is at least 30 years old and has a terrific sound.
i cant find any kind of info about my guitar, it was a gift from my uncle and i want to know much it cost, well, it wasnt a gift, he sold it to me in 100 bugs… and a friend told me that those guitars are very expensive… so if any body can help telling me the price, im from peru and here i cant find any gc conn guitar

My good friend when I was young played a Conn 12 string. He used finger picks on it and he taught me to play my first chords. I keep trying to find him but no luck so far. I posted this in case Paul Hendrix, who I knew in the late 70’s in OKC ever saw it. Gregg Standridge
Hi I am in the same position you are with your Conn guitar history. My wife just brought a Conn guitar from her girlfriend who brought it from her girlfriend. Anyway the Conn guitar I have has serial numbers 71084496 f-20. Made in Japan. I found this website called “the guitar medic” it was very helpful. The website saids it is an unofficial website . It also has a lot of information , hope it’s useful. Please inform me of your findings.
I have a Conn F15 in pretty good shape. Any suggestions on how to sell it? I’m moving onto a boat with no room for anything and a huge need for money….

: I have a Conn 12-string, purchased new in December 1977. The model and serial numbers are hand-engraved; the Serial Number is 27760749, and the Model Number appears to be F2712, best I can tell…..the author wasn’t very meticulous with his engraving pen, but I’ve concluded it’s a 12-string version of a Model F27 (if there is such a model). The serial number could include a date code – we could assume 277 is the week 2 of 1977, which is a dating code used by many manufacturers. Your guitar’s serial number beginning 3976 would be week 39 (September?)1976.

I have found a site for some of the conn getars. Mine says
C. G. Conn and this website gives some history on the instroment http://www.cgconn.com i guess CG has been around since late 1800s
Just picked up a Conn F-25 today (yardsale $30) very nice sounding and looking guitar, built like a brick house. it’s got the same engraved metal ID inside. a definite keeper
: Well, let me join the "I got a Conn too" club. In fact, I have two. One’s a 12 string F-27 (three piece back) and the other has a plastic bowl back like an Ovation. Both are nice guitars. Especially the F-27. I took off the doubler strings because I hate to tune that many strings. But the sound is excellent. I own seveal guitars (one is a custom made Gallagher G-70 I bought from Mr. Gallagher back in 1976) and I must say that the Conn sound is not that much inferior to the G-70, and I only paid $30 for the Conn at a yard sale. The finish is great also.
: The plastic one (not sure of the model) is a perfect knock around guitar. I take it to bluegrass festivals when I camp out and jam around the campfire. In a pick up baseball game, you could probably lay down a bunt with the back of that guitar.
: I just found this website message board and haven’t had chance to read all the Conn messages. I’m still looking for info (like everybody else) on who the heck made my guitars. I’m sure they are not worth much on the market, so I’ll keep mine.
: Thanks,

The model and serial numbers are hand-engraved; the Serial Number is 27760749, and the Model Number appears to be F2712, best I can tell…..the author wasn’t very meticulous with his engraving pen, but I’ve concluded it’s a 12-string version of a Model F27 (if there is such a model). The serial number could include a date code – we could assume 277 is the week 2 of 1977, which is a dating code used by many manufacturers. Your guitar’s serial number beginning 3976 would be week 39 (September?)1976.

: : : : : With all of the inquiries into CONN guitars, you would think there would be more info available online…but NOOOO…I myself have a CONN s/n 39761098 Model T19 (?) but cannot find any info on it.

Sorry for the previous "repost" of your message. I have a Conn F-27 that I bought in college, back in 1975 or 1976. It was a knockoff of a Martin D-35, with the tri split back. I also have a Conn F-2712, which is the 12 string version. These guitars I believe were the top of the line for Conn, as a couple of guys who lived on the hall played Martin D28 and D35 rigs, and told me about the great sounding guitar at the music shop… couldn’t affort $800 for a Martin in those days, but they were right… the Conn sounded as close to a Martin as I’d heard… and, $300 was still a lot of money back then (I was making $2.00 and hour and paying my own way through college)… my luthier of today was working the stockroom at the music store back then, remembers a warehouse full of these instruments, and still says he can’t hear that much difference in the two side by side. Also, picked up an F11 on ebay awhile back… smaller body, more or a starter guitar I guess… not a bad sound, but not nearly that of the F27’s. Conn’s with a "C" in the model number are classical guitars. Rumor has it they were all made at the Aria factory in Japan for distribution by Conn, which had a huge share of the band instrument market at the time, so distribution was a natural for them.
: Thanks,

:I have a Conn too, F-27 SN# 57750130. I bought it in 1976 for around $300, and I think it is one of the best sounding acoustics I have ever heard. I’m curious about its value, though I would never sell it.

I have two Conn accoustic guitars. I have been wanting to know when they were manufactured. One is serial # 602097, the other is a model #7 ser.#74040014. Those serial numbers don’t seem to follow what others say should be a serial number.
Can anyone advise me?
Thanks,

HEY GUYS !! s/n 81750072 model# T OR F 2112 and my inquiry is for dating the 12 string guitar and if it worth fixing. It has the hand etched numbers, made in Japan, and it has the inherint bow on the top, by the bridge and some cosmetic nicks, bumps, scratch, bangs, and is almost complete. Tools to bend and fix the guitar are about $200.00 I have not bought the tools yet. what do you think ?? is it worth spending the $$ and time to repair back to stock or ???? thanks Thomasa

I too have a conn now going on 36 years, I’ve owned many guitars through the years and I must say that the conn is unsurpast in the 12 string world, In my humble opinion
: : : I too own a Conn classical guitar. My sister’s husband bought it for her somewhere around 1969. It is made in Japan, a model G-100 and the serial number is 50. I would say it is probably a very early Japanese made guitar. It was not taken care of very well, at least not how I would have taken care of it. It is in good to very good condition. It plays and sounds awesome. I got it after my sister died 3 years ago. As with all others, I would appreciate any info on it.
I purchased a Conn G-100, s.n. 189 that appears an early model (1969-1973) from the headstock design and gold label inside…also, no serial number sequence like later models. Made in Japan for Conn. 1969 was the first year Conn produced guitars, made in Japan, according to "thejetmedic.com" — the G-100 isn’t mentioned on their site. Not a lot of answers, lots of questions.
I have a Conn Classical ser. # 121994 model c-10. It was my first guitar when I was, I don’t know, 13-14, and I’m 53 now. The thing is awsome! I love it! I also own a Martin D-35, Guild 212XL 12 string, and the Conn gets played more than either. OK, it is a different sound, better for finger picking Amos Lee, and it sits by my Lazy Boy, but I still love it, and would like more info on it.

: : : Well, let me join the "I got a Conn too" club.
: : : The plastic one (not sure of the model) is a perfect knock around guitar. I take it to bluegrass festivals when I camp out and jam around the campfire. In a pick up baseball game, you could probably lay down a bunt with the back of that guitar.
: : : I just found this website message board and haven’t had chance to read all the Conn messages. I’m still looking for info (like everybody else) on who the heck made my guitars. I’m sure they are not worth much on the market, so I’ll keep mine.

: : : I have a Conn 12-string, purchased new in December 1977.

The guitar appears to be a concert model as it is larger than standard has a three piece back, grover key tuners, and substantial inlay. I find the instrument to have exceptional tone and hope to obtain information on the production records of this instrument. It seems to be constructed along a Martin patent and I am curious as to the patents that the Conn guitars constructed in Japan were using. Please post any info on Conn guitar model f27 and others production information.

As to the last post on this board, the 39 would be the week number and the 77 the year.
I also have an F27. Built in the second week of ’77. In great shape; I play it almost every day — often with some online shows that I perform. It’s held up extremely well. I’ve thought many times of replacing it, but as has been stated in many places, the Conn just doesn’t seem to carry any resale value. If it were still in production you can almost guarantee a greater resale.
I’m in the I have a conn club. One is a sunburst LP style and I am desperate to fin her sister. She is a red Conn LP and has been missing (stolen from my house) for a year. She does have a replacement neck and a kahler bridge now. She is also signed by The Donnas on the back. Any info would be great. I’d even buy her back. I can also provide pics
I am looking to sell my Conn Guitar. It has a silver colored maker sticker and is marked C G Conn LTD Oakbrook ILL Made in Japan Seriel # 72112350 model #F 10 (I think its an F) My mom bought this for me in a pawn shop in OKLA when I was a kid. I haves conn guitar and would like to know what year it is?
Troy
I just got this conn acoustic guitar and don’t know much about them but really would like to know the year and if it worth anything so I can insure it or not in my house. This is the info I have. The serial# is 57740375 and the model is something 27, it kind of looks like a part T and part H together or something like that. If you need a picture of it let me know. Thank you and hope to hear from someone today.
I believe I own an undiscovered prototype drifter. Very well preserved indented silver foil wrote in ink the serial no. 760600 “rosette” 2 last digit being 5 so again 76060025. The next part is kind of amazing actually really awesome to me but my initials are D.F. I have read and search but could not find this Model: DF 15 O, not zero I believe to be possibly a Japanese code for demo meaning it’s maybe one those prototypes I read about. I looked up the guitars information for hours until I thankfully found this websites jack pot of drifter information. Something bothers me about the serial because this guitar can be a 1960 or most likely 1976 but was marked CONTINENTAL MUSIC, OAKBROOK, ILL. centered underneath MADE IN KOREA. now is it just me or could this be a really rare guitar. I’m not sure I hope someone didn’t placed more letters to the model but until I know 100% sure I’m going to point out that the D in the serial looks like a skilled Japanese wrote it and the O circled twice maybe being it was written last, emphasis to being a letter not number or both. The ink in all numbers to letters appeare in bright lights to be evenly the same as far as writing on foil with pens goes. Please email information if you even can LOL about my guitar I seriously saved from the garbage man thinking when I open my guitar shop next year I can have a few fixer uppers and hopefully a fascinating story of the drifter named David Fenton who drifted upon his beautiful guitar model DF150. It even has a round inspection sticker on the back 56 inspected by 6715. Hopes this helps and I sure as he’ll hope this original drifter was made by a man who knew my name before I was born. Ok now I’m being redicilous. Good day everyone and strum with the your thumbs

If in fact you have found an older Conn 12 string, charish it, it will bring you a life time of pleasure……J.G.M.
learn the gear box and chords of gibson

Carson

Conns, while a great-sounding instrument, often sell at only $50-$150, depending on their quality. I most often see them listed at $75-$100.

Hi I have an old gipson nr. 822548 sunburst color , and I would like to know how old it is . thanks logggedowg

All I know is it was made in Japan and I purchased mine in the early 70’s, between 1970 and 1975 I’m also looking for an estimated value.

whats it worth

This popular thread has been given its own page : Re: Conn F-35 Acoustic

Bob

I would like to know about a Conn guitar I have serial number is 73070526 I have also had it signed by a few songwriters in Nashville Merle Kilgore who we just lost was one of them that signed it.Thank you for any info you might be able to give me on what it might be worth .

Im looking for a Sears gutiar. When they came out only two types were

I’m interested in selling this guitar and wondered what it’s worth.
It’s in excellent condition and sounds great.
Is there a model number? Should be on the plate you got the serial number from, and generally to the right of the serial number, and should either begin with an F or a C, ie, F-27, C-11, etc.
i also have a similar conn guitar, i got it from my dad also wondering what it is worth roughly. plays great.
I have this base guitar , would any one like to buy it?
how much do you want for it?
This popular thread has been given its own page : 1965 Gibson Les Paul 302863
sorry no such guitar exsists 1960 was the year of the last LES PAUL guitar/ and Gibson parted ways from 61-68 they were SG new body shape as today, they brought back the LES PAUL Model we are familiar with single cutaway as today, in 1969, that was the Gold Top – and since ’69 ALL LES PAULS are reissues, although made in what ever year they are still reissues Thanks I hope this helps -Z-
: I recently inherited a 1965 Gibson Les Paul eletric guitar.
James;

My good friend when I was young played a Conn 12 string. He used finger picks on it and he taught me to play my first chords. I keep trying to find him but no luck so far. I posted this in case Paul Hendrix, who I knew in the late 70’s in OKC ever saw it. Gregg Standridge

Anyone have any idea its value. I want to sell
I also have a Conn F2712 and cannot make heads or tails of the serial number: 87760561 I sure could use some help with this one.
I have a Conn F15 in pretty good shape. Any suggestions on how to sell it? I’m moving onto a boat with no room for anything and a huge need for money….
Oh yeah, I’m in Berkeley CA

: Thanks,
: Bert

: Thanks,

: I have a Conn 12-string, purchased new in December 1977. The model and serial numbers are hand-engraved; the Serial Number is 27760749, and the Model Number appears to be F2712, best I can tell…..the author wasn’t very meticulous with his engraving pen, but I’ve concluded it’s a 12-string version of a Model F27 (if there is such a model). The serial number could include a date code – we could assume 277 is the week 2 of 1977, which is a dating code used by many manufacturers. Your guitar’s serial number beginning 3976 would be week 39 (September?)1976.

: : : : : With all of the inquiries into CONN guitars, you would think there would be more info available online…but NOOOO…I myself have a CONN s/n 39761098 Model T19 (?) but cannot find any info on it.

: : : : : : : With all of the inquiries into CONN guitars, you would think there would be more info available online…but NOOOO…I myself have a CONN s/n 39761098 Model T19 (?) but cannot find any info on it.

::I appear to be suffering from the same disease as you other guys… I am the owner of a Conn, model f27 six string, serial number 57750027, of CJ Conn Ltd.; Oakbrook Illinois.
: : : Well, let me join the "I got a Conn too" club. In fact, I have two. One’s a 12 string F-27 (three piece back) and the other has a plastic bowl back like an Ovation. Both are nice guitars.
I never learned to play. : : : Well, let me join the "I got a Conn too" club. In fact, I have two. One’s a 12 string F-27 (three piece back) and the other has a plastic bowl back like an Ovation. I am really confused. All of your Seriel numbers are large, I have a model F5 with SN: 1872.
My guitar has the same label "C.G.CONN LTD., OAKBROOK, ILLINOIS – Est. 1875 – Made in Japan", but it is off white in color.
