What's the brand of the copy?
I also own a copy of a Les Paul Custom from the brand Burny(under Fernandes). According to some sources, i was told that they were made in Korea and China. There are more expensive ones made in Japan. These copies have the same open book headstock that was the reason for the "lawsuit".
Too bad most of the details can only be found in Japanese as they do not have an English website. Your copy could be from the same factory, which means that its made up of two ply 15mm Mahogoney and 45mm Mahogoney. The Japs ones are sigle Ply 60mm Mahogoney.
