: Does anyone have any information about guitars by Bruno? I haven't had much luck. Any info. will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, it appears that we may have a C. Bruno & Son guitar as well. Apparently the company was orighinlly formed in Macon GA in 1834. The company has been in the music distribution business since then. In 1838, Charles Bruno and C.F.Martin formed a partnership to produce and distribute acoustic guitars. These specific guitars are labled with both names and were produced in NY. In 1839 Martin moved the company to PA and disolved the partnership. Martin did not provide the guitars that bear the Bruno logos on the peghead. Info directly from Blue book of acoustic guitars 7th edition . Hope this helps. Archangel
