madeira 12 string

i have a 12 string guitar with madeira intalyed on the headstock.
the lble inside says:
madeira
a-12
adjusted and distributed exclusivly by
guild serial
its a fantastic guitar i found in a charity shop it was £10
can u tell me anything about it
or how much its worth etc

I just bought the same guitar, though mine says AM-12... it is fantastic! have you found out anything more about yours?

I just bought an A-12A and it is wonderful. The previous owner played in a band so it has a pick-up in in and sounds so full and alive when played. I also have a Martin D-28 which has been getting a rest......but solid guitar.
