I'm looking for a circa 1965 Mayfair ( OEM name, one of several) Japanese two-pickup w/vibrato red sunburst
6-on a side tuners adjustable bridge..
"Metal look" plastic pickguard.

i have a 1965 mayfair acoustic 6-string. came with the humming bird pickguard. i cannot find any info about these japanese guitars, and you are the first person other than myself that i know of that owns a mayfair. if you gain any info please let me know. would love to see a pick of yours. nathan johnson / Maine

hi i just recently accquired a mayfair deluxe electric. it's an ES335 look alike with double cutaway, 2 humbucking pickups, tremolo tailpiece adjustable bridge and a cherry sunburst finish. it seems pretty old but is in otherwise perfect shape
