I think Epiphone went to Japan in 1970. Was there till about 1980 then Korea. I was told most or all EA250's are Japanese. I have one that I'm thinking of selling. In excellent conditon, has a hard case. The case is rough. I've bought new hinges and was going to recover it, The case. The tremelo is a true Bigsby. I have big hands and the neck is a little small for me.
i've got a Global electric guitar that i bought at a pawn shop. I don't know who makes them, but a guy at a guitar shop says the pick-ups look like peavey made them. Guitar plays pretty well, for the price i paid i'm currently re-building. A few solder joints were apparently "fixed" by some one who didn't know how to use a soldering iron and that sort of thing. if anyone knows anything about the guitar company please let me know.
