Sounds like my guitar. I am pretty sure it is a TV-550 series Talman. I'm not sure of the value because I got mine on eBay (used) for way cheaper, but you can go into any music store and ask them to look it up for you in the Blue Book. I think it's between $700 and $1000. Hope that helps.
