Empire State Guitar-L. Viohl

I have found a guitar with ("Empire State Guitar" by L. Viohl) on a label inside it. Where can I go to find some info about it? When made?...by whom?....etc. Does it have any value? You know the general stuff... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
