Hi, Would like to know if anybody out there has scrutinized the new Rick offering - The 325Cs? I'm about as fussy as anyone out there about the exactness of what Rickenbacker says they have done with this EXACT replica of John's grail. I've designed and built a replica myself to the exact specs of Larry Wassgren's Autumnglow '58. If you question this, just ask him. I sold it to him last 2 years ago. I see they are using the crappy Sta-tite replicas. I wonder about the Kauffman and bridge units. The headstock finally looks to shape but can't really tell from the web picture on their site. Long jackplate also looks in the right place but can't really see too well of its position. I doubt if the sound is right. Each toaster should put out around 4 ohms of power. That's it.
Please advise and we can chat more. This has been a LONG awaited project by many, many people in Beatleworld. Let's chat
Thanx very much!!
Bob Helf
