I have several older acoustic guitars which have been in a dry and dusty storage building for about 8 years. I would appreciate any tips on cleaning them and doing some light restoration. The two I am most interested in preserving are an old Gibson Medallion and a Monclair (don't know much about either, and can't read the serial number inside the Montclair). Both guitars have lots of lovely trim--especially the Medallion. I would like to know what to use to clean them without damaging the wood or MOP trim.
