I bought one for $400 in 1982, and have played it ever since. It has a great sound and I also, would like to know what it is worth today? I would hate to replace it but cannot find any info on it except here and on Takamine's web site. Was this an unpopular model or just not any sellers out there? In my opinion it has a great sound for the money. Mine has gold plated tuners and abalone pearl inlays. If anyone can give me a little info it would be greatly appreciated. By the way Justin I hope you found your info.
