It was made in the 70's in Japan. After that the company stopped. I know this from research. I have a 12 string acoustic too. I'm trying to find the value. If you could send a picture that would help me alot.

I'm not sure of the year, mine has a serial number 474 the pick guard has three roses on it two of which are red, mahogony colored back and sides, honey colored front...has a heck of a nice sound. I bought it used back when I was 17 I think, I'm 56 now the guitar could be 40+ years old.

I have to give a report for school, and I'm giving it on the guitar. I know how to plat it alright, but I've never learned all the parts of the guitar. Is there any way for you to send some sort of diagram that I can look so that I can explain the parts to my class.
