    Hi Jonathan: Wondered if you could help me out? In January 2003, I purchased a Washburn guitar for a large amount of money. Supposedly, this guitar was hand-built for Paul Stanley (by Washburn Guitars, as a prototype). Supposedly, it was Paul’s guitar to try out and test, as they were working on, developing, and improving the Washburn PS2000 Model(before production to sell to general public). I have contacted Washburn, McGhee Entrtainment, Paul Stanley, and Keith Leroux, but no one can authenticate this guitar as a prototype(owned by Paul). The guitar is a PS2000FLM model. It has a flame-burst finish. Although, it has a number of differences from the PS2000FLM sold to the general public: It has no pick-guard(no holes drilled for one), The volume and tone knobs are black, The plastic encasing pick-ups is black. The guitar’s serial number is #981 01 31. Can you help me to authenticate this guitar?? Thanks Much!!!!!!

          I can find a punisher but not an AXE. The # is 1-609-PUNISHER. They are handmade / signed and cost $1,500. (All I know about the AXE is that they are $3,000 and also handmade / signed.)
