Alvarez-Yairi DY53--Value???

I have an Alvarez-Yairi DY53, made in 1981, with a satin finish, not high-gloss. It's in MINT condition, hardly played. It's really too large for me, and it's finally time to let it go. Any comments on its possible value would be greatly appreciated. It comes with a really heavy-duty hardshell case. thanks

I have an 82 DY53, and I've seen them go on eBay for about $400 in good condition. I bought mine new in '82 and I think I paid around $700.

If it is the same as mine it has a unique woodgrain pattern on the back and sides of the guitar, and some nice mother of pearl inlays. I'm not sure how different it would be, but I wouldn't part with mine for less than $500.
