Need info about 12-string made in Quebec

I had an older solid back, acostic, 12-string guitar made in Quebec. I can't remember the name but it was something like St.Michael or maybe Michael or Michelle. I would appreciate any info. Thanks

mystery guitar

i have a 12 string, semi-hollow body, vintage greco guitar with boomerang pickups and a sun burst paint job. one volume knob and four switches(lo,all,hl,hi) fashoned above the pickups. it has pearl inlays on the rosewood fretboard and two f-holes on the body. this was my first guitar and i love it, but have no idea where it came from (a small company in japan) and don't know what it is worth. i've never seen anything like it, nor has anyone who has seen it. any info reguarding it's orgin or value would be great. i've searched the net for days and saw that gibson used those style pickups on their V-II for a limited time, but nothing else. any clues?
