Jose - It is our job to provide documentation that the product was shipped with tracking information. The tracking information showed that it was in transit. The postal service was willing to work with us to find your package with your help. Your anger got in the way...obviously. For all we know, you received the package and decided you would try to get a free strap out of the deal.
Dan - I am shocked about this comment online about receiving a “wrinkled piece of crap”. I would love to see the email where I told you “too bad. Get some goo”. The straps are leather and they sometimes wrinkle with time, however if that is how you received it by all means return it. From what I remember, you weren’t angry in our emails. I am surprised and hurt to find this “review” online. Please, send it back and I will replace it.We pride ourselves on quality and customer service.
