Regent Electric Guitar made in Sweden
Anyone please help with info. I am looking for an example of the first electric guitar i ever owned. It was purchased in a pawn shop in Columbus, Ohio, in the early 60's, used, for about $100. It was a "Regent" made in Sweden (as I recall, but I was only 13). Heavy solid-body double cutaway, beautiful three-color sunburst finish, full size neck, two diMarzio-type pickups with a 3-position switch, and a whammy bar of a type I don't think I have seen since. Please, anyone knowing the whereabouts of such a guitar or having any info please contact me. Thanks! Peace.
