hey...i suppose it kinda depends on what you're looking for, but, all around it's one of the best guitar for value deals i've ever seen... (i'm in korea and bought one for about 180$...COMPLETELY worth it).
I'm actually selling my Takamine and getting another one with an preamp on it (this one is my wife's).

it's a solid number.
Good all around sound. Very present but not too bright. It doesn't have that gut rattling bass, but it's a great mix for what i'm doing. I've done recording with it and it sounds great (miced).
my wife has the T-100 model and is very happy with it.
I plan on making the jump as soon as i get a descent price for my tak
