Well, I'm not sure if this is correct, but Global Guitars might have been a subsidary company of harmony guitars. I am not 100% sure, not really even close, but it's all that I could figure out from looking at some old harmony acoustics, they have a sticker on the inside that says Global on the inside. Might be the guitar model name. I have a global guitar that has a sg type body, strat neck, and a single p90 pickup. It has a pickguard with a volume and tone, plus a pickguard mounted output jack, along with a tune-o-matic style bridge, with an ashtray style tailpiece. This guiatr plays excellent and provides the perfect punch and tone. I love the way the neck plays( it's got some fake ebony fretboard, that's white colored under the epoxy or whatever it is that's covering it). The action is a little high, but I love it.
