need help and advice wiring on emg 81 pickup

i'am safie, i have buy a pair emg pickup 81. i have install it to my guitar and follow the diagram which supplied with the pickup. the problem is, it does'nt work. when i disconnect the cable which continue the tone pot from bridge pickup to neck pickup the neck pickup work.

my guitar have 2 vol. & 2 tone pot with toggle switch.
can you explain what is the causes?
