I am writing in regards to an order I placed with you on the 22nd of April 2003. This order was for a guitar neck (cost $147.50) and finish ($40). As of today, 29th September, I have not received my order. I am surprised at this because not only at the long wait to get my item, but also that my credit card was debited for the full amount of $187.50.

I have written you several e-mails regarding this and left several messages on you answering machine. Yet, still I have not heard from you!

I hope this is an oversight on your part Bill. We have conducted business for a long time together and I’ve never had any problems with receiving order or the quality of your products. At the Bass Center Zürich, I have always proudly sold Zola guitars and recommended them to everyone throughout Switzerland. I’d have to have this incident ruin our relationship and soil your excellent reputation.

I would ask you to promptly send me the product I ordered or completely refund me the money charged immediately.
