Hi. Ihave an electric Randy Rhodes style Larrivee with locking tremelo that i bought in 1985 .I have searched the internet and asked at guitar shops and I can’t find another one like it anywhere. It’s in beautiful condition and I would like to find out what it is worth. Would you have any idea?

I have a mint condition 1940 Martin D-28. It just needs the bridge reglued. How much would this cost, and could I get a rough appraisal of the average mint condition 1940 D-28?

  5. changing neck plate on strat loosens/moves neck?
    Jason

I had someone make me a custom neck plate for my strat, which I figured would just be a four screw job to change. But then I read that taking off the neck plate on my guitar would also be taking the bolts out of the guitars neck, in effect changing something I neither wish to change, or know how to put right.
Is there a way to still do what I want done but not change the fit of the neck I have come accustomed to?

: ARE YOU STILL LOKING FOR A VIKING?

I have a Gretsch Viking….it is not original… I had it totally redone by Terry Sayre of Groove Tone Guitars,
(formerly of Rose Guitar) who is now deceased. He did the finish in a purplish base coat, as Sikkens paint that has little plastic prisms in it, with clear overtop. This thing searches for stage lights (we like to say like Porter Waggoner’s jacket) and is one of a kind.

Original case. I would sell it for $3500. No less.

          Interested?
