Seeking Shaftesbury bass parts for 4005 copy

I've managed to acquire a black 4005/330 bass copy. I'm seeking parts including the original pick ups, bridge, screws, tailpiece, tuners and photos of a stock version. This one was modified and I want to get it back into shape.
Photos of the parts would be greatly appreciated.

Shaftsbury Tele Bass

I have a downsize Shaftsbury Tele Bass I found in a 2nd hans shop it has a 30in scale the fretboard is 45mm the whole length of the neck and has a bridge cover only white plate and 4pole p/u it has made in Italy stamped on the back of the headstock overall length 41 1/2" can anyone tell me anything about it as it plays like a dream.

Hi, I used to own a late 60's Shaftesbury telecaster bass copy and would love to buy it back again. The thing is I sold it over 25 years ago to a guy that I didn't know!

I inherited a Blonde Telecaster style Bass, with a rather nice chrome pickguard. Thing is, I have no idea about anything to do with this bass. No history, no knowledge of the company, no ideas of value etc. Essentially I'm just hoping somebody knows anything about telecaster styler basses made by his company. Dates, serial numbers etc.

I have a black Shaftesbury LP copy. It is a Rose-Morris sponsored instrument. Stock No 3400. Serial No 20012. Made in Japan. I have had it since the early 80s. It is very heavy. It has also been extensively modified by the previous owner. If you know of a brochure to help me find more info that would be great.
