go to http://www.guitarbuilder.net/en-us/dept_48.html for stat kits good prices too, Maple neck and body. 3 ply S/S/S pickguard and pickups. Standard tremelo, schaller style tuners, and all chrome hardware is included. All you need to do is solder three wires and your ready to go. Upgrades for H/s/s and black and tortise pickguards are available. See the upgrade links on this page.
Detailed instructions are included. Some drilling may be required.
