I have a Yamaha Pacifica PAC 904 that I believe you guys may have built for Yamaha. It has Warmoth neck and dbl cutaway body, ash/alder. The guitar took a fall creating two cracks in the body at the neck/body joint. With pressure against the neck, I can barely open the cracks, which are several inches in length. Can you give me any idea how to safely repair this? My local repair folks haven't been a tremendous help with this, but it's way too nice a guitar to abandon. I would also like to know what type of material it was finished with (transparent blue) so that the damage to the coating can also be repaired. I bought several guitar repair books, including the one by Dan Erlewine, and none of them cover this type of repair. Thanks for your help.
