Frank,
I just bought a dual neck Trick Bros. Special. It has 6 pedals which operate a Harlin Bros. changer on the near neck. The rear neck has no changer and both necks have 6 strings. It is serial number 9554 and says "Custom Made Dallas Texas". I hope we can find out more about these and the Trick Bros.

Why doesn't Hermaosconde Reply to Inquiries?

I notice two inquiries posted to Hermanosconde but no replies. I have two friends - one in Canada, the other in Florida, who have tried with no success to get Hermanos Conde to respond to their inquiries.

Is Hermanos Conde only interested in selling more guitars through their form letter on their website? Do they not have any sense of courtesy to former or possible future customers? I find it difficult to believe that any business would treat former or possible future customers with such implied distain. I do hope my impression is mistaken and there is a good reason why they do not reply to inquires.

Sincerely,

Mary Ann Puhek

Re: Why doesn't Hermaosconde Reply to Inquiries?

The Conde Hermanos company does not have a disdain for customers,I have dealt w/ them before about an exchange on a guitar I ordered directly from them...For one they dont speak English too well !!! And two they treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy...Thank you Conde Hermanos ;)
