Concert Classical Guitars handmade by Jeff Kemp since 1982
Jeff's site contains detailed information on his Concert Classical guitars, including photographs, sound samples and an interesting page with animations of the vibrational modes of a guitar soundboard. A CD of demo recordings is available giving an overview of the character of Jeff's guitars along with comparison recordings with a Smallman, Ramirez, Contreras and Khono guitars.

Selling classical guitars
Where's a good place to advertise a 1979 Ramirez 1a on the net? E-bay doesn't seem to have any decent guitars for sale, so I'm guessing that's not a good place to try. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Manuel Contreras Classical Guitars...
Where can I find NEW Contreras guitars, either "Student" or "Master" (concertist) for SALE? Can I get a "PRICE LIST" of the available models? I they STILL being made? (I've heard that the "old Manuel" has died... Is it true? -If so, is the family continuing the business?
I'd appreciate any information available on the "M. Contreras" hierarchy...
Many thanks!

Khono guitar
Would like to get approx. estimate for 1975 Khono #10 in excellent condition. Cedar top; Rosewood back and sides; mahogony neck; rosewood fingerboard; Gold plate machines;includes a mark leaf case.
In 991 had it appraised by reputable guitar shop(classical)for insurance purposes and they quoted me a replacement value price of
$ 3,900. The guitar is still in excellent shape. I would like to know what a good, reasonable price tag to put on it if I decide to sell it this year. All that have played on it have liked it. Good things about the third string , all strings balanced in sound etc...
Do you know if above is a reasonable price for Khono? If not do you know where I could get a good reading on the value of this Khono?
thanks in advance
Contreras - Carlevaro guitar
My tutor has a guitar of this model we believe it was made circa 1985.
It has a nameplate reading
Manuel Contreras - Model Systema.
This is totally without any sound hole or central outlet just the
peripheral gap around the perimeter of the top.
From the 'Mangore' website there seems to be a mixed view on whether
there were 4 or 20 made in this limited edition.
I would be most grateful if you can throw any light on this matter
and if you have any estimate of it's value - it is in mint condition.
Many thanks - Kind regards - Jack
