I've tried numerous times to get a response from them, but no luck. I've found another place on Hawaii Island (Big Island) (the KoaGuitarWood guys are on Kauai, and as I understand it, they don't have much koa over there).
I'd try www.winklerwoods.com, I've gotten a very good response from them and they've been in the biz a LONG time.
