Need info on Memphis guitar

I am trying to find a site, phone number, etc on a Memphis guitar that I bought my wife for her birthday. I am trying to find anything about it that I can. Model A20T/bk. I know the bk stands for black. I have searched the internet, and can't seem to find anything. I called Gibson because someone said they thought that Gibson guitars had a "knock off" that was produced by them called the "Memphis". Gibson said- no, not one of ours-Memphis is their own brand. Please help me find something for this guitar.
