i am trying to find out what the value is on my old gibson les paul ???

Hi there,
I am trying to find out the value of my old les paul, it was made circa 1960's ?
there is a seriel number on the back of the guitar 9 ?539
It has 2 pick up controls
my local guitar store only deal in new guitars so could not help me,
It is a gibson les paul model and still has its original gibson case.
It is the light red colour model.
Any help with this would be so appriciated.
