I have a 1958 Les Paul "sunburst" that I bought new is early 1959. Serial number 8 5053. I personally brought the guitar to the Gibson factory in 1973 To have it restored. I have all the parts that the factory replaced to make the guitar look new. I took the guitar to Arlington Tx. to the Guitar show October 19th thru 21th.
