I have a hollow body electric Toyota that I purchased from Murphy's Music in Huntington, NY (Long Island) back in 1994 for $60 because one of the pickups was blown. It was an Orange-Sunburst with a floating bridge and wrap around tremlo system. It has 2 double humbuckers, which I have switched to ceramics now.

Acording to the info I've found, it was made in 1972 (which is why I bought it - same year I was born). I don't have any model numbers to go by though, and I've now since refurbished the entire guitar - paint as well. Now it has custom paint & graphics, and all new electronics. But the body & neck have held up beautifully.

I play this guitar daily, and love the fact that it's so lightweight (compared to my Les Paul, anything is). It has a real beefy sound when I add distortion to it, and great sustain when running clean with some chorus. I really dig this guitar.
