Petrucci settings

Hi,
I have a TRIAXIS preamp plus a DIgitech 2112 as multieffect and finally a MESA 50/50. My guitar is a RG520 SPTQ with Air Norton as neck pickup and Evolution as bridge pickup.+
The questions are:
1) Can I connect via MIDI the preamp and the Digitech, as if it would be an Intellifex ???
2) Is it possible to download old Petrucci's rack settings for Triaxis (when he used Triaxis) ???

John Petrucci tone setting (Effect Setting)
i have korg tone works ax-1000g, ibanez tube screamer 7, and cry baby 535Q jim dunlop.
can i make sound like you (Petrucci) from that equipment...???
