    I need to Sheet music for the song "violet" (track 10 off of Where Blodd and Fire Bring Rest) I tried figuering it out by myself, but the piano i have is slightly out of tune, which makes it very difficult…

      Ok, I dont know if this will help. But I have been trying to figure it out too. I know it is in the key of G minor and the opening bottom chords are G,D,G,D (going back and forth)and the top hand is C,D C,D C,D,Bb A,Bb,A,G but somewhere in there the bottom chords change and I havent figured those out yet. Please e-mail me and let me know if you find any more info.

        Yah, i would love the sheet music for it, but i can play it nearly dead-on on my piano already. It’s actually relatively simple, except the left hand near the end is a little bit confusing. but, anyways!

      For the better is one day bit, it’s just A then B repeated.
      For the verse bit it’s E A B, then E B, repeated.
      For the My heart & flesh…, it C#m then A repeated.
      These chords might not be exact cause i just worked out, but they should be of some help.

          I just heard it on the radio on the way home. It sounds like it switches between these two progressions:

          A E B C#m
          A E B E

          Various riffs and jazz:

          >slaps on 2nd and 4th beats
          >while playing A, hammer 3rd string G#/A
          >while switching from E to B, hammer and pull off 6th string E/F#/E
          >after C#m, walk up bass B, C#, E

          Don’t know what order it’s played it, but it’s just some of the stuff i heard. have fun!
