Having personally made the mistake of not hiring a properly qualified and proper entertainment attorenys I suggest you contact Joe Calvert and Calvert & CAlvert, PC. He has an incredible amount of experience and is a part-time entertainment law professor. He has represent a lot of major artists but the firm does not overcharge. See more info at the website www.attorneys-counselors.com. Don't make the same mistakes I did.

I am working with an artist that has used a sample for their latest project. I was wondering how to go about getting the sample cleared and how I could possibly contact the owner of the license or copyright.
