I too have acquired this mystery guitar. Looks like a Fender Jaguar or a Gibson Firebird Non-Reverse. I just fixed it up and it plays fine. The name on my headstock says Cipher, and from what a friend told me, Inter-Mark still makes guitars, just under the name MCI. I'm not sure what else to say about it... I know that this particular guitar was made in the mid-60's from the scarce info I've collected. If anyone else can clue me in on facts about Cipher, Inter-Mark, or MCI, it would be much appreciated.

I have a 67 Gibson V whith an ebony finger board. I've never seen another one like it. Is it as rare as I think it is or is it just a fluke that I've never seen another one?
